Role Overview
EIR Labour Hire is seeking licensed Hoist Operators and Riggers for high-rise construction projects.
Where?
High-rise construction and civil project sites in Bowden. Work is on active multi-storey construction sites.
How Much?
S36.26 per hour + super + overtime. Construction site allowances where applicable.
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating construction hoists (personnel and materials)
- Conducting pre-start checks and completing hoist logbooks
- Communicating with site crews via radio to coordinate lifts
- Rigging, slinging and signalling for crane lifts
- Maintaining safe exclusion zones during operations
- Complying with all site safety requirements and lift plans
When?
Hours: 8 Hours + Per Day / 5 Days a Week, construction site hours with early starts - Start date: 01/04/2026.
Who Will I Be Working With?
You'll work on active construction sites alongside site managers, crane crews and construction teams. The work is safety-critical - supervisors are strict on compliance but the teams are professional and the projects are interesting.
