Chief Executive Officer
Group strategy & client partnerships
Simon leads EIR Labour Hire as Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for group strategy, major client partnerships, and the long-term direction of EIR’s SA, NSW and QLD operations. EIR Labour Hire (EIR Group Pty Ltd) has been Australian family-owned and operated since 2003.
General Manager — South Australia
EIR’s home market: Adelaide & SA operations
Adam runs EIR’s South Australia operation out of Adelaide — the company’s home market since 2003. His team allocates labour across construction, civil, manufacturing, warehousing and food production sites every day. Adam owns EIR’s rate cards, classification mapping and Award interpretation, and authors EIR’s 2026 Labour Hire Rates Guide.
Chief Financial Officer / Chief HR Officer / Chief Information Officer
Finance, HR, IT & compliance
Haidee oversees EIR’s finance, HR and information systems. She is responsible for payroll integrity, employment compliance, workers’ compensation, and the workforce management platform that powers EIR’s rate cards and operational data.
Sales & Operations Manager — SEQ / NSW
Brisbane, Sydney and the east-coast client base
Peter manages EIR’s sales and operations across South-East Queensland and New South Wales. His team is the day-to-day point of contact for east-coast clients, covering construction, civil, warehousing and manufacturing labour hire across Brisbane and Sydney metro regions.
Operations Manager — South Australia
Adelaide allocations, account management & worker care
Lauren runs day-to-day operations for EIR South Australia: client allocations, account management, and the worker-side experience that keeps EIR’s 900+ active workforce engaged. She is the operational counterpart to Adam Keegan in the SA market.

Before workers set foot on site, you receive all of their details the day before — who they are, their experiences, their tickets. Your confirmation that someone is going to be there.

Our day starts at 5:45am. We message all new shifts to check workers are on their way. If no response, we call them. All one hour before start time. If we have an issue and need to replace, we let you know well before they are due on site.
