All civil workers hold current White Cards as a minimum. Depending on the role, workers also carry traffic controller tickets, confined space certificates, working at heights qualifications, plant operation licences, and relevant civil-specific tickets.
EIR's charge rate covers the worker's wages, 12% superannuation, workers' compensation insurance, payroll tax, public liability insurance, and all leave entitlements. Site allowances and travel allowances are quoted separately based on project requirements.
General civil labourers can be deployed within 24 hours for metro projects. Full crew mobilisation for larger civil projects typically takes 48-72 hours, depending on the number of workers and specific ticket requirements.
