About this hub

The EIR Labour Hire Resources hub is where clients and workers find everything they need in one place. Clients: the timesheet portal, current labour hire licences, $20M public liability certificates, workers' compensation policies, compliance documents, and sector-specific SWMS for construction, civil, manufacturing and warehousing sites. Workers: the EIR App, job briefs, national Modern Award references, Fair Work statements, and the five EIR promises that cover your pay, safety, training and replacement rights.

EIR has operated this way since 2003 — 22+ years of labour hire, screening 28,500+ applicants annually, placing 1,000+ workers, supporting 200+ active clients across South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. Real people answer the phones from 5:45am. No voicemail. No chatbot. Australian family-owned since 2003 — Labour Hire That Works For You.
