About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pallet Controller to support site operations by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pallet and hire equipment data. Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role is critical to maintaining efficient pallet control processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile pallet and hire equipment movements
- Audit and record pallets using consignment notes, manifests, and transfer dockets
- Prepare weekly and monthly pallet reconciliations and reports
- Ensure compliance with pallet control procedures and identify discrepancies
- Train staff on correct pallet handling and control processes
- Assist with general administration duties as required
Skills & Experience (Essential):
- Proven experience with pallet systems (CHEP, Loscam, 2IC)
- Strong reconciliation and data analysis skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
Requirements:
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (including cold storage)
- Physically capable of manual handling (up to 25–30kg)
- Comfortable working in warehouse settings, including heights and confined spaces
