You'll Be Paid Right and On Time

Put your timesheet in properly and we'll make sure you're paid properly. Each week.

No chasing. No excuses.

2.

We'll Keep You Working

We'll match you to real jobs that suit your skills and experience and keep you moving when work is available.

3.

We Send You to Safe, Fair Sites

We back our workers. If a site isn't safe or fair, we deal with it.

You won't be left alone out there.

4.

You Can Reach Us

Before work. During work. After work.

If there's a problem, we sort it.

5.

Good Workers Get More Work

If you show up, work hard, and do it right, we notice.

More shifts. Better sites. Opportunities to move up.

If you want fair pay, fair work and a fair bit of fun, here's what we need from you.
There are only 5 things.

EIR - Conditions of Employment

1.

Stay Connected and Communicate Fast

Answer your phone. Reply on time to messages. Let us know what's going on.

If we can't reach you, we can't book you.

2.

Be Reliable - If You Accept, You Go

If you say yes to a shift, you turn up.

No last-minute dropouts. No no-shows.

Your word matters.

3.

Submit Timesheets Daily

Put your hours in at the end of every shift.

No timesheet or late timesheet means no pay processed.

Keep it clean and keep it simple.

4.

Work Safe, Stay Respectful

Follow site rules. Look out for your mates.

Treat the site team and the EIR crew with respect.

No drama. No attitude. No shortcuts.

5.

Do the Job Right

Do the work you're sent to do.

Stay busy. Look for work. Ask for work.

Finish the job properly and safely. That is what keeps you getting called back.

Do these 5 things and you'll stay busy with EIR.
Don't do them, and you won't.
Simple.

Frequently asked questions about EIR Labour Hire worker resources

How do I download the EIR Labour Hire app?

The EIR app is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play) — download links are on the Worker Hub. Use it to see job briefs, confirm shifts, submit timesheets, check your award rate and read conditions of employment.

Where can I read my job brief before a shift?

Every shift has a job brief in the EIR app showing the site address, start time, supervisor contact, PPE required, tasks, site-specific safety notes and expected finish. Read it before you leave for site. Call 1800 LABOUR if anything's unclear.

How do I check my award classification and pay rate?

Your classification and pay rate are visible in the EIR app under 'My Placements'. National award references (Building & Construction General On-site, Manufacturing, Storage Services etc.) and Fair Work statements are in the Worker Hub. Rates are paid at or above Modern Award minimums.

What are EIR's conditions of employment?

EIR's five promises and conditions of employment are on the Worker Hub — covering punctual pay, correct award application, safety, training and fair replacement if a site isn't working out. Call 1800 LABOUR if you have a condition query or email admin@eirgroup.com.au.

How do I contact EIR if my shift changes?

Phone is fastest: 1800 LABOUR, answered from 5:45am. Or message through the app. For non-urgent questions, email admin@eirgroup.com.au. Real EIR people respond — not a voicemail or chatbot.
