Frequently asked questions about EIR Labour Hire client resources

How do I approve timesheets in the EIR client portal?

Workers submit weekly timesheets through the EIR app. You receive a notification, review the hours worked, approve or query line-by-line, and the approval flows through to payroll. Full audit trail for every placement. Portal login is linked from the Client Hub.

Where can I download EIR's labour hire licences and insurances?

Current labour hire licences (SA, QLD and VIC where required), workers' compensation certificates, $20M public liability insurance and Certificate of Currency are downloadable from the Client Hub. Email admin@eirgroup.com.au for anything not listed.

How do I access EIR's policies and SWMS?

EIR's safety policies, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements), and compliance policies are available under 'Policies and SWMS' in the Client Hub. Sector-specific SWMS cover construction, civil, warehousing, manufacturing, food production and cleaning.

Who do I contact if I have a client portal issue?

Call 1800 LABOUR during business hours (5:45am–9pm weekdays, 6am–9pm Saturdays) or email admin@eirgroup.com.au. Real EIR people respond — not a chatbot. Most portal issues are resolved within the same day.

Can I see worker performance history through the portal?

Yes. The portal links to EIR's DASHy workforce platform which tracks worker performance over time — attendance, site feedback, ticket expiry dates and previous placements. This is how EIR matches the right worker to your site rather than just who's available.
