Administration Officer

Location: Lidcombe, NSW

Pay: $35 - $36 per hour + super

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

Start date: Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry of technician reports
• Processing internal employee and casual timesheets
• Scheduling restoration jobs and coordinating bookings
• Speaking with customers, insurers and technicians
• General administrative support

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration, customer service or data entry experience is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident phone manner and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Reliable, professional and eager to learn
