Asphalt Labourer

Where?

A range of residential, commercial and civil construction sites, starting your day in a yard located in Lonsdale. We have jobs starting ASAP - long-term roles available.

How Much?

$35.00 Base Rate per hour + $21.94 Travel Allowance per day + overtime.

What Will I Be Doing?

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting tradespeople with on-site tasks
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• General labouring - sweeping, cleaning, site maintenance
• Operating basic tools and machinery as directed
• Traffic control and pedestrian management as required
• Following all site health and safety protocols
• Shovel, rake, and spread hot asphalt evenly.
• Assist in levelling and smoothing asphalt behind the paver.
• Help achieve the correct thickness and finish.
• Core drill experience preferred

When?

Hours: 7AM - 3PM, typically Monday to Friday with 7am starts - Start date: 10/07/26.

Who Will I Be Working With?

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople and site supervisors on a range of projects. Sites are safety-focused and professionally run. Show up, work hard, and we'll keep finding you work.
