Building Maintenance Technician required for an ongoing role in Edinburgh. You'll carry out general building maintenance, electrical testing and tagging (or minor work under a Restricted Electrical Licence), and forklift operation.

What Do I Need?
- Building or construction industry experience
- Restricted Electrical Licence or Electrical Test & Tag qualification (PAT)
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Current White Card
What Will I Be Doing?
You'll be joining a busy maintenance team responsible for keeping building equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong building or construction background who is comfortable working across a variety of maintenance tasks.
Duties include:
- Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs
- Performing electrical test and tag on tools and equipment (or minor electrical work within the scope of a Restricted Electrical Licence)
- Using a forklift to move materials and equipment around site
- Completing preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnosing and rectifying basic building and equipment issues
- Working safely in accordance with WHS procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
- Immediate start available
