Role Overview
Trade qualified Ceiling Fixers needed for ongoing commercial work in Edinburgh. $50/hr + travel. Immediate start working on Tier 1 commercial projects.
A major commercial construction project based in Edinburgh, SA. Ongoing work available on a long-term project, with strong pipeline of work ahead. Great opportunity to get involved with a Tier 1 client delivering high-end commercial builds.
How Much?
$50 per hour + $21.94 travel + OT
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing and fixing commercial ceiling systems
- Working with plasterboard, grid ceilings, and suspended systems
- Reading and working from plans and specifications
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
When?
Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7am – 3:30pm (may vary depending on site needs)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Type: Ongoing work with consistent hours available
Who Will I Be Working With?
You’ll be working with a well-established subcontractor specialising in commercial ceilings, walls, and custom linings.They operate across South Australia and have delivered hundreds of projects alongside Tier 1 builders, architects, and major commercial clients. You’ll be part of a professional, well-run site with experienced crews.
To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
- Trade qualification in Ceiling Fixing / Plastering
- Experience on commercial projects
- White Card
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Car and driver's license (preferred)
