Role Overview
EIR Labour Hire is seeking experienced roller operators.
Where?
Civil construction and earthworks sites across Tarlee / Kadina – subdivisions, roadworks, infrastructure projects and large-scale civil works.
How Much?
$39.46 per hour + super + overtime. Ongoing. DIDO possible for workers not living in/near Tarlee / Kadina
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating smooth drum, padfoot and multi-tyred rollers across civil sites
- Compacting road base, subgrade, fill and other materials to required specifications
- Working alongside excavators, graders, water carts and other plant
- Following site plans, levels and instructions from supervisors
- Completing daily pre-start checks and plant logbooks
- Assisting with general civil duties when required
- Following all site safety requirements and operating plant safely at all times
When?
Hours: 7Am - 3PM, Monday to Friday – Start date: 30.08.26. Overtime and weekend work may be available depending on the project.
Who Will I Be Working With?
You'll be working as part of an experienced civil construction crew on busy earthworks and infrastructure projects. Supervisors run organised, safety-first sites and expect operators who can work efficiently, look after their machine and get the job done right.
Good operators stay busy – we have ongoing work for reliable people who turn up, work safely and know their way around civil sites.
