Role Overview
EIR Labour Hire is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for civil construction.
Where?
Civil construction and earthworks sites across Kadina. DIDO available if not local to Kadina.
How Much?
$50.00 per hour + $100 LAFHA per day + overtime.
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating excavators (5T to 30T+) for technical trenching
- Reading and working from civil drawings and plans
- Precise excavation for services, footings and civil infrastructure
- Working with other plant operators and labouring crews
- Completing daily pre-start checks and plant logbooks
- Following all site safety requirements
What Do I Need?
- White Card
- Excavator licence
- Final trim experience
- GPS experience
When?
Hours: 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday - Start date: 15/07/2026.
Who Will I Be Working With?
You'll be operating as part of a civil construction crew. Supervisors are experienced site managers who run organised, safety-first sites. Good operators stay busy - we have ongoing work for reliable people.
