Role Overview
Where?
Civil construction, roadworks and subdivision projects across Adelaide. You'll be working on sites requiring final trim, road preparation, drainage works and site finishing.
How Much?
$40.00 per hour + super + overtime. EBA rates available on some projects.
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Operating land planes for final trim and surface preparation
- Spreading, levelling and finishing material to specification
- Working from site plans, levels and supervisor instructions
- Assisting with road construction, subdivision and civil infrastructure works
- Conducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining plant logbooks
- Working closely with surveyors, supervisors and other plant operators
- Following all site safety requirements and project procedures
When?
Hours: 7AM - 3PM, Monday to Friday - Start date: 01/07/2026.

You'll be part of an experienced civil construction crew delivering quality infrastructure projects. Site supervisors are organised, safety-focused and understand the value of skilled operators. Reliable operators who perform well are regularly offered ongoing work.
