We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Trades Assistant to join a well-established business in Hemmant. If you're mechanically minded and enjoy fault finding, repairs, and keeping equipment running, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive maintenance team.
You'll work alongside experienced maintenance personnel on a variety of industrial equipment while developing your skills in a stable, long-term role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Repair and maintain plant equipment and warehouse machinery
- Assist with servicing refrigeration systems
- Maintain air compressors, dock levellers and rapid roller doors
- Diagnose faults and report maintenance issues
- Work alongside qualified tradespeople and contractors
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience as a Trades Assistant or similar
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with industrial or manufacturing equipment
- Current Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence (advantageous)
- EWP Ticket (advantageous)
- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work independently
