EIR Labour Hire is seeking reliable Trade Assistants to support qualified tradespeople on construction yard
Where?
Construction yard site located in Edinburgh
How Much?
$35.00 Base Rate per hour + $21.94 Travel Allowance per day + overtime.
What Do I Need?
- White Card
- Forklift Licence
What Will I Be Doing?
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting fitters, and other trades with hands-on tasks
- Preparing materials, components and tools for tradespeople
- Operating hand tools, grinders and basic power tools
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following SWMS, JSAs and all site safety requirements
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for jobs.
When?
Hours: 7AM - 3PM - Start date: 10/07/26.
Who Will I Be Working With?
You'll be working alongside qualified tradespeople on active project sites. The tradespeople you support will rely on you being switched on, proactive and ready to work. Good TAs get looked after - and get offered more work.
