Roller Operator

Where?

Civil construction and roadworks sites across Adelaide - subdivisions, road upgrades, bulk earthworks and infrastructure projects.

How Much?

$38.36 per hour + super + overtime. EBA rates on some civil projects.

What Will I Be Doing?

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operating rollers for compaction on civil and road construction projects
• Working around excavators, graders, water carts and other plant equipment
• Compacting subgrades, road base, asphalt and trench backfill to specification
• Conducting daily pre-starts and maintaining plant logbooks
• Following site plans, supervisor directions and project requirements
• Working safely around ground crews and live construction environments
• Assisting with general site duties when required

When?

Hours: 7AM - 3PM, Monday to Friday - Start date: 01/06/2026.

You'll be operating as part of a civil construction crew on busy infrastructure and earthworks projects. Supervisors are experienced operators and site managers who run organised, safety-first sites. Reliable operators who turn up and do the job right stay busy with ongoing work opportunities.
