Site Supervisor / Sub-Foreman

EIR Labour Hire is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Sub-Foreman to join a large-scale hospital fit out project in Kogarah, Sydney.

Sydney, NSW

$40+ per hour + Super + Overtime (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will act as the site's key second-in-charge, overseeing daily operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and previous experience working within commercial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day site activities and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site resources
• Driving project program, quality, and safety outcomes
• Managing site logistics, deliveries, access, and work sequencing
• Coordinating works within a live hospital environment
• Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety requirements
• Working closely with the Site Manager to achieve project milestones

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand, or similar leadership role
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades onsite
• Sound understanding of QA processes
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
