EIR Labour Hire is seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operator to join a busy electrical cable manufacturing facility in Crestmead. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties, forklift operation, and production work within a fast-paced factory environment.

About the Role

Working inside the manufacturing facility, you'll be responsible for preparing customer orders by measuring and cutting electrical cable to specification using hand tools, power tools, and specialised cutting machinery. The role also includes forklift operation, manual handling, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move cable reels and materials
• Measure and cut electrical cable to customer requirements
• Use hand tools, power tools, and cable cutting machinery
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
• Lift and move cable rolls weighing up to 20kg
• Complete basic paperwork and production documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
• Comfortable working in a warm factory environment
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work rotating shifts
