A crew of 5+ workers on a project of 13+ weeks sits at the bottom of the band — reflecting a volume + ongoing partnership discount. Mid-range commitments get the standard published midpoint rate.

What overtime and penalty rates apply to labour hire?

Standard Modern Award penalty rates apply. Weekday overtime is paid at 1.5x for the first 2 hours and 2x thereafter (blended at ~1.75x). Saturday work: 1.5x/2x. Sunday work: 2x flat.
