Grievance Policy

Our commitment

It is the policy of EIR Group to encourage all staff to report to management any grievance they have in relation to their working environment.

What counts as a grievance

A grievance can include, but is not limited to, any of the following:

  • Anti-discrimination or Equal Opportunity concerns
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Workplace consultation
  • Sexual harassment
  • Bullying
  • Violence in the workplace
  • Fatigue
  • Noise management
  • Any other work-related issues

How to raise a grievance

Raise the matter with your immediate superior, account manager, or any EIR office staff member. If you'd prefer to raise it outside your site, call EIR directly on 1800 LABOUR (1800 522 687) or email admin@eirgroup.com.au.

EIR will investigate the grievance fairly, promptly and confidentially. Participating in the grievance process will not be held against you.
