EIR Labour Hire are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturing company based in Coopers Plains. This role will see you working within a hot and dusty manufacturing environment producing plastic pipe products through extrusion and finishing processes. We are looking for reliable operators who are safety-focused, hands-on, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate extrusion lines, blending systems, and downstream production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Cut, pack, and strap finished products ready for dispatch
- Maintain safe and efficient machine operation in line with production targets
- Work collaboratively within the production team to support continuous improvement
- Assist across various site functions within the manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous machine operating experience within manufacturing environments
- Experience working rotating rosters, shift work, or night shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Physically fit and comfortable working in hot and dusty conditions
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
